3. Virtual Assistant Services

LigerRemote provides a range of VA services including:

  • Hourly, Retainer, and Project-based support.

  • Administrative, Customer Support, Sales, Technical, Creative, Executive, and specialized tasks.

Scope & Expectations
  • LigerRemote assigns VAs based on your requirements, task load, and skill fit.

  • While we ensure VAs are vetted, trained, and professional, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.

  • Task scope must be clearly communicated; expanded requirements may incur additional hours or fees.

4. Payments & Non-Refundable Policy
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Flutterwave, PayPal).

  • All payments for VA services are non-refundable once completed, except where LigerRemote cancels the service.

Retainer Plans
  • Designed for monthly continuous support (e.g., 80–160+ hours).

  • Unused hours roll over only if explicitly stated in your plan.

Hourly or Project-Based Work
  • Clients may purchase predefined hourly blocks or fixed project packages.

  • Payments are final once processed and services confirmed.

5. Service Onboarding & Task Submission
  • Clients must provide accurate task descriptions, required access, and priorities through the designated onboarding form.

  • LigerRemote assigns a VA after reviewing requirements.

  • Delays or changes due to missing information, unclear instructions, or scope changes may incur extra fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide clear instructions and required access (software tools, accounts, documents).

  • Communicate changes promptly.

  • Review and approve completed work as needed.

Failure to provide required access or information may delay service delivery.

7. Liability
  • LigerRemote is not liable for errors, delays, omissions, or unintended outcomes by VAs.

  • VAs operate as independent contractors; clients are responsible for guiding task execution.

  • LigerRemote’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Project-Based Work
  • One-off projects may be requested outside retainer or hourly plans.

  • Such projects have defined deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

  • Payments for project-based work are non-refundable once confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property
  • All content on LigerRemote.com, including brand assets, text, training materials, and digital content, is owned by LigerRemote.

  • You may use content only for personal or internal business purposes.

  • Redistribution, resale, or reproduction requires explicit written permission.

10. Cookies & Data Collection
  • We use essential cookies for site operation and optional cookies for analytics and personalization.
