Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is LigerRemote?

LigerRemote is a remote work training and talent platform. We train professionals to become work-ready virtual assistants through our Accelerator, and we help businesses hire trained, vetted remote talent.

Who is LigerRemote for?

LigerRemote is for:

  • Individuals who want to start or transition into a credible remote career

  • Businesses looking to hire reliable, well-prepared virtual assistants

Is LigerRemote a recruitment agency?

No. LigerRemote is a training-first platform. Individuals are trained, tested, and assessed before any connection to businesses is made.

For Individuals (Accelerator)

What is the LigerRemote Accelerator?

The Accelerator is a structured training program that prepares professionals for remote work as virtual assistants. It focuses on practical skills, tools, communication, and professional readiness.

How much does the Accelerator cost?

The Accelerator costs $25.
This covers training, assessments, and entry into the supervised internship phase for those who complete the program.

Who can apply to the Accelerator?

The program is designed for professionals — especially mid-career individuals — who want to transition into remote work. You don’t need prior VA experience, but commitment and consistency are required.

Do I need a tech background?

No. We teach the tools and workflows you need. What matters most is your willingness to learn, communicate clearly, and work professionally.

Does completing the Accelerator guarantee a job?

No. Completing the Accelerator does not guarantee a job. Client matching depends on performance during training and the internship, as well as available client needs.

What is the 4-week internship?

The internship is a supervised work-readiness phase that follows the Accelerator. Participants practice real tasks, follow real processes, and receive feedback to build experience and prove readiness.

Is the internship paid?

The internship is a training and evaluation phase, not employment. Paid opportunities may come later through client engagements after successful completion.

What happens after the internship?

After the internship, participants may:

  • Be matched with businesses looking for virtual assistants

  • Be advised to upskill further

  • Exit with proof of training and experience

For Businesses (VA Services)

What kind of virtual assistants do you provide?

  • Administrative and executive support

  • Lead generation and CRM

  • Operations and coordination

  • Customer support

  • Research and data tasks

How are LigerRemote virtual assistants vetted?

Every VA goes through structured training, skills assessment, and a supervised internship before being matched with a client.

Can I hire part-time or full-time?

Yes. We offer flexible engagement options including hourly, part-time, and full-time support.

What if the VA is not a good fit?

We support replacements or adjustments to help ensure a better fit for your business.
